2. Accept Your Event Invite

After your event is registered, you, the organizer, will receive an email invitation to activate and manage the group online.

3. Add Each Event Member

Each event member should have their own email address so they can receive invitations, enter measurements, complete payment, and receive shipping & tracking updates. You can then see who has joined and where they are in the process.

4. Measurements & Ordering

Event members can: Visit South’s to be measured, use Jim’s Formal Wear’s online digital measurement tool, or work with a local tailor.

5. Delivery

Orders ship directly to each customer’s home, workplace, or destination address.

Additional Info

All orders must be placed at least 2 weeks before the event date.
Rentals & sales typically arrive 5–10 days before the event.
After the event, rentals should be returned via UPS on the first business day following the event to avoid late fees.
